Find the right job for you in Japan (Part 1)

When foreigners try to live in Japan, it is said that there are two major barriers, one of which is japanese, which is a tool of communication with people. The other is still business, profession.

From this time on, I will series how to work in Japan, to find a job in Japan, and how to continue working in Japan.

This time, I will introduce the case of the foreigner family who came to Japan with the family and started the business.

外国人がいこくじんが日本にほんに  住すもうとすると、2  つの  大おおきな  壁かべが  あると  言いわれています。

一ひとつは  人ひととの「コミュニケーション」の  ツールである  日本にっぽん語ごです。もう  一ひとつは、やはり  仕事しごと（ビジネス、職業しょくぎょう）です。

今回こんかいから、シリーズで、  日本にっぽんで  仕事しごとをするには、  日本にっぽんで  仕事しごとを  見みつけるには、  日本にっぽんで  仕事しごとを  続つづけるには  どうしたら  よいかを  連載れんさいします。

今回こんかいは  家族かぞくで  日本にっぽんに  やってきて、商売しょうばいを  始はじめた  外人がいじん家族かぞくの  例れいを  紹介しょうかい　します。

What am I going to do in Japan?
日本にほんで  何なにをしようかな？

Not all people are, but I wonder what kind of work I’ll come to Japan, or what profession I’m going to do, but I may come across people who are not surprisingly clear.

The sweetness is hidden. This time, a family from Nepal (grandfather, husband and wife, boy) opened the Everest Curry Shop. It is a place where a lot of people are crowded along the national highway.

However, even after six months, the crowd seemed to be sparse and struggling.

One day, the grandfather came to the foreign support office of the city hall for advice.

日本にっぽんに  きて  何なにの  仕事しごとしようかな、なんの  仕事しごとしようかなと、考かんがえて  はいるのでしょう。

しかし、はっきりしない  人ひとたちに  出でくわすことが  あります。

今回こんかい  紹介しょうかいするのは、縁えん  あって  ネパールから  やってきた  家族かぞく（おじいさん、夫妻ふさい、男おとこの子こ）が、「エベレスト  カレー店てん」を  開業かいぎょうしました。

道路どうろ沿ぞいで  人ひとが  多おおく  賑にぎわっている  場所ばしょです。しかし、6ヶ月かげつ  たっても  客足きゃくあしは  まばらで  苦労くろうされているようでした。

ある日ひ、 市役所しやくしょの外国人がいこくじん支援室しえんしつに  相談そうだんに  来きました。

However, it does not understand what at all in the Japanese of only a little. He can not speak English at all, and I don’t understand my grandfather’s native Language of Nepal. Anyway, everyone involved flew to the scene. This is where the five stages of improvement begin.

しかし、ほんの  かたことの  日本にっぽん語ごでは、 まったく  わかりません。

英語えいごは  まったく  話はなすことが  できませんし、おじいさんの  じぶんの  国くにの  ことばである  ネパール語ごは  まったく  わかりません。

とにかく、関係かんけいする人ひと一いち同どう  現場げんばへ  行いきました。

ここから、改善かいぜんの5段階だんかいが  始はじまります。

It’s dark in the daytime, isn’t it?

The color of the wall is dark brown, and this is Japan. The description of the gesture showed that everyone in Nepal was saying this.

No one Japanese is close to me with this.

So, I introduced the “Indian curry shop” which is thriving in the next city, and encouraged them to visit. No matter how much you say it in such a case, it is not possible to go. It is best to see the actual thing with your own eyes. The owner seems to have noticed at last.

The color of the room was made a bright warm color system, and the brightness of the proof was given, and the light of the outside was improved to enter during the day.

昼間ひるまなのに 部屋へやが 真まっ暗くらです。

壁かべの  色しょくも  濃こい  茶色ちゃいろです。

身振みぶり手振てぶりの説明せつめいで、 「 ネパールでは  みんな  こんなんだ」と  言いっていることが  判わかりました。

これでは  日本人にっぽんじん誰だれも  寄より付つきません。

そこで、横よこの市しで  はやっている「インド  カレー店てん」を  紹介しょうかいして、見学けんがくするように  勧すすめました。

こういうときは  いくら口ぐちで  言いっても  通つうじ　ません。

現物げんぶつを  じぶんの  目めで  みるのが  一番いちばん  いいのです。やっと  店主てんしゅは  気きが  付ついたようです。

部屋へやの  カラーは  明あかるいあたたかく  感かんじる  色しょくにしました。照明しょうめいも 明あかるくしました。

日中にっちゅうは  外そとの  光こうも  入はいるように  なりました。

料理りょうりの  メニュー数すうと  味あじ（第だい2段階だんかい）

I was surprised at how many menus there were. There were also 100 kinds. The taste and the salty smell were strong. This was the number 10 menu number, and the addition of the perfume was stopped to take the smell. In addition, during the day, for salaried workers nearby, I narrowed it down to three kinds of rice curry. In other words, sweet and spicy (for children, sick, and old), medium hot (standard Japan version), it is spicy.

In the evening, the menu was greatly reduced with nepalese food, which is not a local dish.

料理りょうりの  メニュー数すうの  多おおいことには  びっくり。100種類しゅるいも  ありました。

味あじも  塩しお  くどく  においも  強烈きょうれつでした。

メニュー数すう10種類しゅるいにして、においを  取とるために  香料こうりょう を  少すくなくしました。

さらに、昼ひるは、近ちかくの  サラリーマン向むけに、ライスカレー3種類しゅるいに  しました。

甘辛あまから（子供こども、病人びょうにん、老人ろうじん向むけ）、中ちゅう  辛からし（日本にっぽんの  標準ひょうじゅん）、激辛げきからです。

夜よるは  ふるさと  料理りょうり  ならぬ  ネパール  料理りょうりで、メニューを  ぐっと  少すくなくしました。

stage 3  If you don’t let everyone know, the customers won’t come
みんなに  知しらせないと  お客きゃくさんは  来きてくれません

I made a little flyer and distributed it, but i made the signboard simpler than that, and improved it to “Indian curry shop” in a big character.

チラシを   作つくって  配くばりました。

看板かんばんも  シンプルにして、大おおきな  字じで「インド風ふう  カレー店てん」としました。

stage 4  A word of “Thank you”
「ありがとう」の  一言ひとこと

The word “thank you” is very important.

Let’s communicate slowly and gently as we talk with a smile. It is good in one-sided Japanese.

I asked him to speak about ten words in Japanese.

この  ことば「ありがとう」は、とても  大切たいせつです。お店みせでは、少すこしの  日本にっぽん語ごでいいのです。

Arigatou　(Thank you)：ありがとう

Konnitiha　(Hello)：こんにちは

Sumimasen　(Excuse me)：すみません

Naninisimasuka　(What would you like to)：何なににしますか？

Gmennasai　(I’m sorry)：ごめんなさい

Wakarimasen　(I don’t know)：わかりません

Sayounara　(Good-bye)：さようなら

Sibarakuomatikudasai　(Please wait for a while)：しばらく  お待まちください

Matakitekudasai　(please come again)：またきてください

stage 5  Contribution to Japanese Society
日本にほん社会しゃかいに  役やくに立たつこと

The owner took the initiative to clean the garbage in the shopping district every morning. By the time everyone came to see the owner, this “Indian curry shop” became very popular during the day. The night part will take more time.

店主てんしゅは   毎朝まいあさ、商店しょうてん街がいの  ごみ  掃除そうじをするように  なりました。

みんなが、店主てんしゅの  姿すがたを  みるように  なったころには、この「インド風ふう  カレー店てん」は　昼ひるは  にぎわうように  なりました。

夜よるの  部ぶは  もう少し  時間じかんが  かかるかもしれませんが、にぎわう　でしょう。

As a job when living in Japan, agriculture, fishery and forestry, which are primary industries, are very short-handed.

These industries are closely related to vegetable shops, restaurants, camps and tourism.

日本にほんで  生活せいかつするときの  仕事しごととして、1次じ産業さんぎょうである、農業のうぎょう、漁業ぎょぎょう、林業りんぎょうは  とても  人ひとが  足たりません。

これらの  産業さんぎょうは  野菜やさい店てん、レストラン、キャンプ、観光かんこうなどと  近ちかい  関係かんけいに  あります。
