この記事きじでは、日本にほんの薬局やっきょくの種類しゅるいについて説明せつめいします。

Pharmacy, Dispensing pharmacy, Drugstore：薬局やっきょく、調剤ちょうざい薬局やっきょく、ドラックストア（薬店やくてん）

There are three types of pharmacies in Japan: pharmacy, dispensing pharmacy, and drugstore, and the table below shows the difference and feature.

日本にほんには、薬局やっきょく、調剤ちょうざい薬局やっきょく、ドラックストア（薬店やくてん）の3つのタイプの薬局やっきょくがあります。以下いかは、それぞれのとくちょうとちがいです。

Over-the-counter drugs (OTC) are categorized into “Class 1 OTC drug”, “Class 2 OTC drug”, and “Class 3 OTC drug”. The “Class 1 OTC drug” is the only drug sold by pharmacist, and you can’t purchase it if there is no pharmacist at the store.

一般いっぱん用よう医薬品いやくひんは、リスクが高たかいいものから順じゅんに第1だいいち類るい・第2だいに類るい・第3だいさん類るい　医薬品いやくひんに分わけることができます。第1類医薬品を　販売はんばいできる　のは　薬剤やくざい師しのみです。

ドラックストアでは、薬剤師がいない時間じかん帯たいには第１類医薬品が買かえません。

Pharmacy：薬局やっきょく

Mainly selling OTC drugs with few other goods at small shops.

一般的な薬くすりを販売しています。薬以外いがいの商品しょうひんはあまりない小ちいさなお店みせが多おおいです。

Dispensing Pharmacy：調剤ちょうざい薬局やっきょく

Besides selling OTC drugs, they can dispense prescriptions by following doctor’s prescriptions. So, you go to dispensing pharmacy after having an examination with a prescription.

一般的な薬を販売するだけでなく、医師いしの　処方箋しょほうせんに　したがって調剤をすることができます。医療いりょう機関きかんで診察しんさつを受うけて、処方箋しょほうせんを受け取とった場合ばあいは調剤薬局に行いきます。

Drug Store：ドラックストア

In addition to OTC drugs, you can buy sanitary goods, daily necessities and cosmetics at a low price. Some drugstores are operating nationwide, and you can find some of them have dispensing service.
There is also a drug store that doubles as a dispensing pharmacy.

普通ふつうな薬やくのだけでなく、衛生えいせい用品ようひん、日び用品ようひん、化粧けしょう品ひんを売うっています。

衛生用品、日用品、化粧品などは安やすくに販売しているケースも多いです。全国ぜんこく展開てんかいしているチェーン店てんが多くあります。

調剤薬局を兼かねているドラックストアもあります。
