Payslip is a document with full details about your earnings, tax payments, and your final income.
Usually, you will receive your payslip from your employer before your payday.
There are no standard form of payslips.
Here is one of the example which may be different from the one you will receive from your employer.

給与きゅうよ明細めいさいの  読よみ方かたを  確認かくにんしましょう。

給与きゅうよ明細めいさいは、あなたの  収入しゅうにゅうや納税金額のうぜいきんがくについて くわしいことが　書かかれています。

ふつう、給料きゅうりょう日びの  前まえに  雇用こよう主ぬしから  給与きゅうよ明細めいさいを  受うけ取とります。

[note] ・Social insurance premium is deducted from our monthly salary.
・Health and care insurance, labor (employment) insurance,employees’ pension insurance are compulsory insurance systems managed by government.
・The health insurance covers 70% of medical costs includes treatments and prescribed medicines for you.
・It is not impossible to enroll the health insurance without pension.
・Foreign employee who paid for six months or more of pension can receive a lump-sum withdrawal refund which should apply within two years after leaving Japan.

支給しきゅう  /Payment

Base Salary ： 基本給きほんきゅう

Position Allowance ： 役職やくしょく  手当てあて(とくべつなお金かね)

Family Allowance ： 家族かぞく  手当てあて

Housing Allowance ： 住宅じゅうたく  手当てあて

Commission ： 歩合給ぶあいきゅう

Overtime Allowance ： 時間じかん外がい  勤務きんむ  手当てあて

Midnight Shift Allowance ： 深夜勤務しんやきんむ 手当てあて

Holiday Allowance ： 休日勤務きゅうじつきんむ 手当てあて

Commutation Allowance/Nontaxable ： 通勤つうきん  手当てあて  /非課税ひかぜい

Lump sum ： 一時金いちじきん

Advance ： 前払まえばらい  金きん

控除こうじょ/Deduction

Health Insurance Premium ： 健康けんこう保険ほけん保険ほけん料りょう

Nursing care Insurance Premium ：  介護かいご保険ほけん保険ほけん料りょう

Welfare Pension Insurance Premium ： 厚生こうせい年金ねんきん保険ほけん料りょう

Unemployment Insurance Premium ：  雇用こよう保険ほけん保険ほけん料りょう

Withholding Income Tax：  源泉げんせん税ぜい

Inhabitant Tax：  住民じゅうみん税ぜい

Company Housing/Dormitory Rent ： 社宅しゃたく費ひ  /寮費りょうひ

Employee’s savings ： 財形ざいけい  貯金ちょきん

Life Insurance Premium ： 生命せいめい保険ほけん料りょう

Casualty Insurance Premium ：  損害そんがい保険ほけん料りょう

Overtime Hours ： 時間じかん外がい  勤務きんむ  手当てあて

Holiday Hours ： 休日勤務きゅうじつきんむ 手当てあて

Midnight Shift Hours ： 深夜勤務しんやきんむ 手当てあて

Menstrual Leave ： 生理せいり休暇きゅうか取得しゅとく日数にっすう

Holiday in lieu : 代休だいきゅう

Leave Deduction : 欠勤けっきん(仕事しごとを  休やすむこと)

Late/Early : 遅刻ちこく・早退そうたい

Care Leave Deduction ： 看護かんご休暇きゅうか

Paid Holiday This month ： 有給ゆうきゅう休暇きゅうか消化しょうか日数にっすう

Paid Holiday Balance ： 今年度こんねんど有給ゆうきゅう休暇きゅうか残ざん日数にっすう
