Ishikawa Prefecture, Fukui Prefecture, and Kagawa Prefecture have independently issued “Emergency Situation Declarations” for COVID-19 measures.
This “emergency declaration” is issued by the prefecture.
To prevent COVID-19 infection, each prefecture calls on its residents not to go out except for the reasons necessary to maintain their livelihood.
In some prefectures, people in areas where the infection has spread are urged not to come.
With these declarations, restaurants may be closed. supermarkets may close earlier than usual.
