If you operate your smartphone while driving a car, you lose your driving license.

December 1, 2019

From December 1, 2019, Japanese traffic rules have changed. If you operate a smartphone while driving a car, you will be caught by the police.

Severe penalties, such as high fines and suspension of driver’s license, are imposed on the offender.

The reason this law was made is because there are many accidents caused by drivers who drive while operating smartphones.

The Japanese government changed the law because some people were killed or seriously injured in these accidents.

The person driving the car should not operate the smartphone while driving.
